CONTAINER DRAYAGE SERVICES

BDI offers container stripping, transloading, and stuffing. Importers find our transloading services an excellent method of pre-delivery inspection on overseas shipments, and as a service to themselves & their customers by having BDI take floor loaded freight and put it on pallets, this ensures their freight gets to its destination according to consignee's specifications (Pallet configurations, labeling, sorting, etc.).
This greatly reducing unloading time & manpower at your (or their) loading dock. We go to the port, pick up your container bring it to one of our facilities, strip the freight, inspect it, sort, segregate, and palletize to your specifications. If you receive multiple containers our transloading services can be a money saver.
In many instances we can take loose cargo from 3 or 4 ocean containers, palletize it and ship on two or three of our 53' OTR trailers.
